Making Rental Payments to Realty Masters

  • How can I pay my rent?

You have several options for payment of your rent. 

  1. Pay in office with personal check or money order - Open Monday through Friday 8-5 or Saturday 8-2 at 4400 Bayou Blvd 58B, Pensacola, FL 32503. 
  2. You can mail your payment to our office, but your rent must be received by the 3rd. 
  3. Drop in Drop box at office - located to the Right of the front door upstairs at our office. 
  4. Pay online at http://www.renttrack.com/realtymasters to pay your rent online. The cost is $1.00 to send a e-check, but is much cheaper than a late fee! You can schedule monthly payments or can send a one-time payment. There is a 2.95% charge for credit and debit card transactions so we do not recommend using this feature. 

    Please note: Rent is due on the 1st and late as of the 4th, so you must have your rent in our office by the night of the 3rd. Cash payments are never accepted, and if your rent is late, you MUST pay in a certified check or money order and cannot pay online.

  • What if my rent will be late?

You must notify your property manager if your rent will be late.  The property owner must have advanced notice and approval in order to approve a late rent payment.

Please refer to your lease agreement in regards to late fees. Late fees can be made in installments but rent partial rent payments are not accepted. 

You will receive a 3-day notice of demand for rent payment if your rental payment is late.  Contact our office with any questions or call us at (850) 473-3983.

Personal checks are not accepted for late rents - so you must pay with money order or certified check.

You cannot pay online using the online portal for late payments as that is not considered certified funds. We send money to the owners on the 10th of each month, so if your rent is not in by the 8th, we will not able to get it to the owner to pay the house payment on time! 

What if I can't pay my rent?

Contact your property manager immediately to discuss the best course of action.

  • Can I make HOA Payments online?

Homeowners associations that pay once or twice a year are not set up for online payments. If your association pays monthly, visit your association's website for a payment link. 

HOA payments must be made to the name of the HOA and cannot be accepted in Realty Masters name. To protect the integrity of our bookkeeping, we do not mix funds between your HOA and Realty Masters!

For questions regarding your homeowner's association payments, please contact Crystal or your association manager. 

If you have been sent to collections for past due payments, you must contact the collection agency for resolution.
